This role is ideal for someone who loves data, A/B testing, and driving measurable results through paid ads across Google, Meta, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns
  • Design and execute conversion-driven ad strategies focused on ROI
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaign KPIs and strategy
  • Build and automate campaign workflows, reports, and budget monitoring
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, audience targeting, and retargeting
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and ad tech innovations

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of performance marketing experience in an agency or fast-paced brand environment
  • Proven experience managing campaigns for Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier and Supermetrics
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and performance-focused ad copy
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on results
