Retainer-based services (like SEO, social media management, ad campaign management) require a 30-day advance notice for cancellation before the next billing cycle begins.

3. Project-Based Work (e.g., website design):
If a cancellation request is raised before project commencement, we may offer a partial refund after deducting administrative and planning charges.

Refund Policy:

1. Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are issued for services that have already been started, worked upon, or delivered.

2. Advance or Prepaid Projects:
If the project has not been started and no significant resources have been allocated, partial refunds may be issued upon review.

3. Any applicable refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
