Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns
- Design and execute conversion-driven ad strategies focused on ROI
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaign KPIs and strategy
- Build and automate campaign workflows, reports, and budget monitoring
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, audience targeting, and retargeting
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and ad tech innovations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of performance marketing experience in an agency or fast-paced brand environment
- Proven experience managing campaigns for Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 and Looker Studio
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier and Supermetrics
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
- Ability to write clear creative briefs and performance-focused ad copy
